Workplace Stress Management Standards

In December, 2016 the Division of Research of the Occupational Health Centre, Institute of Hygiene, has presented to the public use the Workplace Stress Management Standards.

The Lithuanian legislation obliges employers to assess and manage the psychosocial risks at workplace. Workplace Stress Management Standards were accustomed for use in the Lithuanian workplaces following the UK Health and Safety Executive stress management technique, which is based on best practices and scientific evidence.

The Workplace Stress Management Standards indicate the major areas of stress in the workplace management (areas of psychosocial factors). The implementation phases and techniques of the Standards is provided for use in the enterprices.
